"Great things happen when people bring their time, skills, and energy together."

We are grateful for the new intern candidates coming through and for all the work that goes into welcoming them into the ministry.

Every new intern brings another opportunity to share what we have learned, introduce the rhythms of the work, and help someone develop the skills and confidence to contribute. Behind the scenes, there is a lot of training, scheduling, communication, and coordination that makes that process possible.

We are especially grateful for the team members who take on these responsibilities while continuing to manage the everyday work of serving our clients. It takes flexibility and cooperation to train new people while keeping everything else moving.

The amount this small team accomplishes together is something worth celebrating. Everyone contributes in different ways, and together they create a ministry that can continue growing while staying focused on the people we serve.

We are grateful for every team member who teaches, trains, coordinates, steps in, and helps make room for the next person to join the work.
