Serving others is meaningful work, and having the opportunity to step away, rest, and recharge is something worth appreciating.

We are grateful for the opportunity to take a break from ministry and enjoy a long weekend with paid time off.
Ministry can be demanding, and creating intentional space to rest allows our team to return with renewed energy and perspective. Time away can mean catching up on sleep, spending time with family and friends, enjoying hobbies, or simply having a few days without the usual responsibilities.
Having paid time off also makes that rest more accessible. It allows our team to take a genuine break without feeling like stepping away means falling behind financially.
We are grateful for a ministry culture that recognizes the importance of rest and for the opportunity to come back refreshed and ready to continue serving our clients and community.
